ORDERING
To place an order, simply select your invitation design, carefully choose your quantity, and proceed through our personalisation steps (where you can select paper type, rsvp, information cards e.t.c).
Once you have completed our personalisation steps, you can then select from our shipping options and finalize your payment.
Once your payment has been received, we will contact you via email and work one on one to select your wordings, colours e.t.c that you want. We will create a digital proof to view within 3-5 business days. From there you can make any edit requests or approvals. Once you approve your digital proof printing will begin and your order will be shipped to you.

We recommend to order 10-15% more than you think you need. The extras allow for keepsakes and any last minute additions, as reprints can be very expensive.
An order can only be cancelled prior to digital proof being accepted and processed for physical printing.
Invitations would normally be sent out between 3-6 months before the wedding.
Save the date cards are usually sent out a year or more before your big day.
After you approve your final proof we will begin the printing process. Please allow up to 10 days before your order will be dispatched for delivery to you.
Delivery time will depend on what country you reside in. Irish users allow up to three days for delivery.

Yes we offer bespoke design which costs a flat rate of €120. Please note we can only take limited number of bespoke orders, so please contact as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Yes this can be done for an additional charge, we will supply a template file which must be filled by you with guest details. Please contact us prior to ordering for this option.
Of course! All of our invitations can have any wording of your choice. We will supply you with some common wordings for inspiration if you wish when you order from us.
Yes our invites as well as our rsvp cards come with free envelopes included in the price. Envelope liners on our invitation envelopes are an optional extra.
